When I was a little girl, you seemed to me like a bore who repeated the same thing over and over again.
As time went by, I learned that without knowing it, you were applying the grated record technique, with which you managed to make me believe in something that at the time didn’t resonate with me and that I didn’t give a damn about.
By repeating things, I had no choice but to end up reflecting on them, or I had simply integrated that belief (as powerful as that is).
And thank heavens, the beliefs that I integrated with you are all good for my life. WHAT A LUXURY!
Because it’s so easy to make something your own that you learn from your parents and that is going to make you suffer all your life.
SO I CAN’T BE MORE GRATEFUL, MOM.
Of all that I have learned with you, which is huge…what I am most grateful for is GRATITUDE ๐๐ป
You taught me to value WHAT I HAVE and not to focus on WHAT I LACK.
That has given me a lot of strength to get through very hard times in my life.
It has completely changed my way of living every situation.
Because EVERYTHING has its light side and its shadows, and the path you choose is the one that makes the difference.ย

That if I victimise myself and put the focus on what I lack, I will attract more sadness and pain into my life.
Something that seems so simple and it changed my life! ๐คฉ
I could pull the thread and remember all the important things I learned from you and with you.
But today I’ll keep the GRATITUDE and the ATTITUDE.
