๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆย Ohana means family ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆย

What would we be without a family?

Though sometimes we might want to escape to a deserted island ๐Ÿ๏ธ or get away from them for a while, in the end, in most cases, they are the ones who are ALWAYS there.

What about you? Are you among those who would go to the other side of the world to get away from them?

Or are you fortunate enough that life has brought you close to some wonderful people? ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

You know that those closest to us are the best “teachers”… and that’s why life has placed them so close to us: to learn from them!

And it’s not always tough… there are families that are lucky enough to have harmony most of the time… if you have one of those… CELEBRATE IT!!! You hit the jackpot!!!!

In the Hawaiian language, OHANA means FAMILY.

ย

That’s why we call ourselves that. Because there are many forms of family:

1.- The traditional or the multiple forms of family that exist nowadays. They ALL count!!!

2.- Friends, who are the family one chooses…

3.- Or many others, no less special for that, like our OHANA, formed by a group of artisans we have chosen in our travels around the world ๐ŸŒ, and whom we have brought together here for you.

To them, we must add the entire team that has made this project grow so much.

And, of course, all of you who take the treasures we have in our stores to every corner of the world.

If you visit us online or in person, you will discover a selection of very different things, which you probably have never seen before.

In the online store, we don’t have everything that is in the physical store… some beauties are unique pieces that last as long as a candy at a school gate, so if you come to Marbella, don’t forget to stop by the most beautiful store in the old town.

Denise, Yoli, or myself will assist you, and you will get to know some of the members of our great artisan “family”!

And if not, click here to see the work of a unique sheep family by a Uruguayan artisan who has received recognition from UNESCO for his craftsmanship:

P.S.: And if you’re missing someone who was part of your family but is no longer in this physical world, remember them with love โค๏ธ … And don’t let yourself be carried away by sadness or nostalgia for what was, but by the joy of what you shared with them.
