Standard delivery with Envialia in mainland Spain: (Maximum 3 working days): free

Delivery times are estimated from the time your order is shipped.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

ohanamarbella.com offers a period of 30 days from receipt of the item to make changes and returns.

In case of return, the refund will be made in the original payment method within a maximum period of 15 days. For processing, proof of payment will be required, as well as a document of ownership of the account in the name of the client. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the event that you wish to return the item purchased at www.ohanamarbella.com, you must fill in the information in the RETURNS section in the footer of this online store, or contact us by sending an email to [email protected] and we will indicate how proceed.

IN SHOP

Products purchased online can be exchanged or returned at our store in Marbella C/ Nueva, 6 Málaga Spain.

Orders placed before 12:00 (Spain time) are prepared and shipped on the same day. After 12:00 (Spain time) orders are shipped within 24 hours, except holidays in Spain.

TERMS

All items must be delivered in perfect condition, unused and wrapped in their original packaging with all related accessories (belts, bag handles, etc.)

Products purchased in our physical store can only be exchanged or returned in the Marbella C/ Nueva, 6 store.
