We always loved the countryside. And we had the privilege of enjoying nature a lot during my children’s childhood.

We lived in Madrid, a city we love even though it is no longer our home, but we would escape to the countryside whenever we could.
There was a chicken coop, and my three children would go to and collect fresh eggs to bring home.
One day, while my son Keko was putting the eggs in the basket, he asked me…
“Mom, is this egg from the yolk or from the chicken?”
Well, that’s it.
They all look the same on the outside, but their insides hold great secrets.
What impressed them the most was the beginning of a new life, whether it was a lamb being born or chicks hatching from their shells…
Especially the chicks because they didn’t know if the egg would be from the yolk or from the chicken 🐣

There are surprises that always work:
– An unexpected gift,
