Once we receive the package at our warehouse and verify that the item you wish to return is in the same condition as when we sent it (except for breakage), the refund for said item will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

To do so, we will have previously sent you an email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. The credit card is always charged to the bank that issued the card.

If you need to return an item to us, please make sure it is perfectly packaged to avoid breakage during transport.
